    What's the role?

    The APAC Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented marketer to support the regional revenue growth goals. You'll be responsible for executing various marketing campaigns that generate and nurture prospects, creating new pipeline for sales. This role will work closely with the revenue marketing managers in ANZ and Asia, as well as our local sales teams. Core to this role will be running product and competitor webinars, creating sales enablement materials, supporting partnership programs, and coordinating email nurture campaigns. You'll be working within a highly collaborative team on joint initiatives including customer and prospect in-person events.

    In this role you'll get to:

    • Collaborate with the revenue marketing team to develop, execute, and optimise revenue campaigns (email, webinars, in-person events, etc.) throughout the APAC region. This includes but is not limited to setting up landing pages and emails, sales sequences, social media ads, and building email workflows
    • Project manage our calendar of in-person prospect and customer events, including comms to the sales team, event logistics, and on the day run of show
    • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimisation to ensure maximum effectiveness
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to understand enablement needs
    • Responsible for the email calendar for target accounts. This role will have the rare opportunity to define the local email marketing approach, in collaboration with the central automation team, to ensure our communication to prospects is targeted and unified across global and local programs
    • Support a new initiative to scale revenue marketing programs in the APAC region by creating campaign templates and processes that HubSpot Solution Partners can activate

    We are looking for people who:

    • Approximately 1-2 years of marketing experience, running email programs and /or executing marketing plays including webinars and in-person events
    • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with customers and prospects
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail. Strong organisational skills are essential to ensure flawless campaign execution.
    • A team player. The APAC team is highly collaborative - you contribute with your ideas and collaborate on regional projects, but are equally comfortable working autonomously on your own scope of work
    • Analytical Skills. You'll be familiar with key marketing metrics to measure and report on campaign performance
    • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms and working within the technology industry is a plus
