    About the Role

    As our Leasing & Administration Manager, you'll play a vital role within our successful property management team.

    You'll enjoy autonomy in your day-to-day work, backed by a supportive Department Manager and a forward-thinking, collaborative rental team.

    Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

    • Conducting open inspections and meeting potential tenants
    • Processing rental applications – including screening and reference checks
    • Completing condition reports and assisting with property handovers
    • Providing administrative support to the rental team
    • Greeting clients and managing front-of-house enquiries
    • Answering and documenting all phone and email enquiries

    This is a growth role, offering the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your real estate career — or to start your journey if you're ready to transition from another customer service industry.

    Requirements

    • Experience in Customer Service or Sales (real estate experience a plus but not essential)
    • Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practise (required by law)
    • Current Police Check
    • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
