    Job Title: Intake Officer

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Intake Officer to join our team at Calvary Community Care. This dynamic role involves working with care managers and clients to develop holistic care plans and provide exceptional customer service.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Initial contact and relationship development with new clients
    • Completion of comprehensive assessments and paperwork
    • Development of goal-centered approach to client care needs

    About You:

    To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate 3 in Aged Care, experience as an Intake Officer or in Administration, and a valid driver's license. You will also need to hold NDIS clearance and a police check.
