    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our expanding team in the AU (Melbourne district).


    Help us ensure the network's security and oversee various technological equipment, establishing protocols to minimize the occurrence of errors.

    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with efficient customer support departments across various time zones to assist in resolving network or telephony issues throughout the day
    • Maintain close communication through all channels with other departments while adhering to company standards
    • Engage in regular audits with different teams; revise and create the policies in use
    • When encountering issues affecting network performance in a bustling setting, analyze the scenario, propose potential solutions, and opt for the best course of action to prevent unauthorized access to the network and its contents or connected devices, ensuring the network's security; monitor and enhance digital security
    • Supervise the technological equipment within the organization, covering both the essential hardware for network management and maintenance, along with the individual devices used by employees to interact with the network
    • Establish protocols to reduce the occurrence of errors in the company's equipment and supervise the rectification of any arising errors

    Relevant Certifications:

    • LPIC-3 High Availability and Storage Clusters (Essential)
    • LPIC-3 Virtualization and Containerization (Important)
    • LPIC-3 Mixed Environments (Important)
