    What this opportunity involves:

    Are you a dynamic and proactive professional with a passion for retail management? We are seeking a highly motivated Centre Manager to oversee the operations and success of Central Square Ballarat and Thompsons Parkway. As the Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional client service, driving foot traffic, and maximising the return on investment for our valued clients.

    An overview of the role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the center in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet the objectives of the center.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including timely collection of all lease-associated payments.
  • Maintain tenant and contractor records and files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal obligations.
  • Actively monitor and reduce arrears to minimise financial risk.
  • Manage accounts payable invoices and accurately bill recoverable costs to tenants.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and events.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, local business communities, and authorities.
  • Provide leadership to the centre staff, setting objectives, and guiding their development.
