About the role

Currently looking for an Estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial or High-End residential construction, as well as relevant estimating software. The role will involve preparing detailed estimates for a variety of commercial/ high end residential projects, as well as working with the project team to ensure that projects are handed over effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial/ High-End Residential projects
• Sourcing Quotes from Trades
• Work with the project team as necessary to ensure budgets are being adhered to
• Maintain accurate records of all project costs
• Provide budget information on your projects as necessary
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure a positive outcome for the business

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating ideally for a High-End residential or Commercial builder.
• Strong understanding of estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $90K-$140K salary package
