    We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Sales Team Assistant to join our Commercial team based in our Perth CBD office. This role involves occasional travel to our processing facility in Harvey, as well as other external locations in Metro / Regional WA as required.

    Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be gain practical on-the job experience and formal facilitated training on multiple aspects of the Harvest Road Beef sales team, in order to assist both domestic and international beef sales activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Structured learning of the production and coordination of logistic for distribution of stock.
    • Support and facilitate effective customer engagement activities.
    • Understanding of all aspects of beef processing and quality assurance measures.
    • Assist in assessing and actioning orders in alignment with product availability.
    • Review of market demand and trends, assistance with sales reporting and data analysis.
    • Support Harvest Road Beef sales team in assisting with customer inquiries.
    • Learn and develop relevant sales techniques to facilitate profitability growth.
    • Share customer feedback, opportunities with the sales and marketing teams.
    • Maintain customer database and pricing structures for sales team.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in international business, marketing, commerce or equivalent/relevant field).
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Work and Outlook).
    • Career-orientated mindset with desire for future professional growth.
    • Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills.
    • Good business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Adaptability and comfortability working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
    • Strong service-orientation and responsiveness to internal and external customer.
