    Description:

    • Operational Management: Assist in managing daily venue operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
    • Staff Development: Oversee staff training, development, and performance to maintain a motivated and engaged team.
    • Health & Safety: Help implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Guest Experience: Ensure excellent guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
    • Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
    • Marketing & Events: Support the Venue Manager in planning and executing marketing, events, and promotions.
    • Culture & Teamwork: Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative team culture across all levels of the venue.
    • Escalated Issues: Act as a point of contact for any operational concerns or escalated guest issues in the absence of the Venue Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large-scale hospitality environment.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Pressure Management: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards within the hospitality industry.
    • Craft Beer Enthusiasm: Passion for craft beer, food, and creating an unforgettable guest experience.
    • Financial Management: Experience with financial management, including budgeting, ordering, and cost control.
    • Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
