    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Grounds Person to join our team. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces across Ipswich and surrounding areas.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain high-quality landscapes through regular upkeep tasks such as gardening, weeding, mulching and hedging.
    • Care for trees by planting new ones and ensuring their health through pruning and watering.
    Routine commercial mowing is also an essential part of this role.
    You will work collaboratively with the management team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently while prioritizing safety at all times. To succeed in this position, you must have basic knowledge in horticulture or landscape maintenance which can be acquired on-site under close supervision.
