Job Summary

This is a pivotal commercial leadership role within Ingram Micro responsible for shaping and accelerating the performance of our HPI portfolio across PCs laptops printers and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HPI Business Unit delivering revenue profitability and year-on-year growth
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and promotional programs aligned to HPI priorities
  • Build strong proactive relationships with HP Inc vendor teams to unlock new opportunities
  • Catch mentor elevate capability across sales product marketing teams
  • Analyse monthly performance across all HPI categories identifying gaps driving corrective action/li>Increase visibility engagement across sales organisation through training enablement effective sales tools/li>Evaluate product portfolios identify whitespace opportunities drive increased share-of-wallet with partners/liProvide regular performance reporting ensure compliance with HP Inc rebate profitability program requirements
