    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading global transport business that is currently expanding their presence here in Australia and the wider APAC region.

    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    2. Analyze financial performance, comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts, and provide data-driven insights to inform management decisions.
    3. Prepare and present detailed financial analysis for key business metrics, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    4. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to support strategic decision-making through relevant financial data and analysis.
    5. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Must be CPA/CA qualified with Big 4 experience.
    • Possess 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis or related roles.
    • Proficient in BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
