    • MOOREBANK LOCATION
    • MONDAY – FRIDAY 9AM – 5PM
    • PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

    Located in Moorebank is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation who are a leader in their industry.

    THE ROLE:

    Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader and working within a great team some of your key accountabilities will include:

    • Coordinate job list and organise stock for delivery
    • Manage the spreadsheet of deliveries and schedule for pick up
    • Confirm delivery times with clients
    • Create and print documentation
    • Create daily delivery manifests
    • Manage undeliverable stock / returns
    • Ensure all signed documentation is received and filed
    • Create invoices for all deliveries

    THE CANDIDATE:

    To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

    • Previous experience within a similar role where you have been exposed to a dispatch/warehouse environment – this would be ideal but isn't essential
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service – this role will involve a lot of contact with clients and internal stakeholders so it's essential you can communicate clearly to ensure their query is resolved
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel – although there will be plenty of training, some exposure to spreadsheets would be great
    • A great work ethic with the desire to become part of a team who all really enjoy their jobs
    • A Covid vaccination certificate
