The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client relationships in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure while also driving growth through strategic initiatives.Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.Identify and develop client/business relationships.Research and develop recruiting leadsAct as a trustworthy advisor and thought leader for your clients, maintaining strong working relationships.Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignmentSourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.Utilise candidate care to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential employeesIdentify a specialist skill and create and maintain a talent pool for proactive floating target

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 recruitment expert to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client relationships in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure while also driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
