    At Catholic Early EdCare we share all parents' aspirations to watch their children grow.     We are seeking to appoint OSHC Educator (Children's Services Employee) at St Luke's OSHC in Capalaba.

    At St Luke's Outside School Hours Care we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 60 children. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting primary school aged children to grow and develop and are committed to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy and safe environment.

    Our Centre

    St Luke's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is located within the grounds of St Luke's Catholic Primary School. We have developed close ties with St Luke's and St Anthony's Parish, and the school community. Our program supports working families by providing a safe environment before and after school that is designed to cater to their children's age, skills, interests, and abilities.

    A day in the life of an OSHC Educator...

    • Providing nurturing care for children

    • Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all.
    • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
    • Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

    The Benefits:

    • A competitive hourly rate of $30.17 to $ % uplift for casual work included), depending on qualifications and experience. Plus, split shift and uniform allowances.

    Job Requirements:

    • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
    • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
    • Effective workplace communication skills
