    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at NRMA Parks & Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our accommodation and venue areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and maintain housekeeping standards and practices
    • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
    • Coordinate daily room requirements, servicing, and pre-arrival checks
    • Maintain good communication with other departments and team members

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
    • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
    • A flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude
