- Be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and client support, to ensure quality standards are met.

- Previous experience with coaching the team and junior members.
- Someone who can mitigate any risks.
- Focused on continuous improvement and development.

We're looking for an experienced Program Quality Assurance Strategy Manager for a leading Energy company, who will collaborate closely with the product delivery teams & programme implementation teams to deliver the overarching QA strategy for their energy clientele.
You will be leading QA initiatives for product delivery as well as understanding the energy industry. As a client focused architect of the QA team, you will be comfortable in all aspects of commercial and technical stakeholder engagement, influencing senior management both internally and externally.
