- Always put the customer first by leading a stockroom the drives customers to return to shop in your store by exceeding their expectations
- Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer.
- Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
- Partner with retail management and visual merchandising to drive a culture of continuous improvement looking for opportunities to improve stockroom efficiency, refill, merchandise and stock schedule recommendations
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering.
- Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.

- Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
