    Job Summary (Purpose) :

    The Planning and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ordering bulk raw materials, keeping track of inventory, and making sure products are available without excess waste at our Villawood manufacturing facility. This role involves handling quality control processes, planning the production of liquids at the Villawood plant, and working to reduce any unnecessary materials and associated costs. The Planning and Inventory Coordinator will lead efforts to organise the workplace and manage waste, while also working with Team Leaders to prevent delays in Liquid delivery and production. A key goal for this position is to work with teams to efficiently use materials and help improve our overall Liquid Making production processes.

    Main responsibilities :

  • Coordinating the ordering and maintaining oversight of site bulk raw materials
  • Conducting comprehensive inventory audits and overseeing stock rotation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Addressing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for both internal and external issues
  • Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to identify and resolve underlying problems
  • Developing schedules for the production of liquid products at Villawood
  • Ensuring the consistent availability of raw materials while minimising excess inventory and waste
  • Implementing and promoting 5S and visual management techniques throughout the workplace
  • Overseeing the monitoring and reporting of liquid waste water, and spearheading initiatives to enhance environmental performance
  • Collaborating with team leaders to manage and communicate any obstacles affecting the timely availability of raw materials or disruptions to the liquid production schedule
  • Partnering with various teams to reduce material wastage and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc) :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required in a planning or inventory coordinator position
  • Previous SAP experience
