- Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records.
- Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
- Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
