    Job Description

    • Managing several core Enterprise applications, including Service Now, as well as collaborating with the business to enable APRA's strategic deliverables.
    • The developer with be expected to attend regular meetings with the Enterprise Systems Team and various business stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance, design and implement effective service management solutions.
    • Applying ITIL change, release and validation principles to ensure seamless transitions and minimise disruptions.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience,
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in ServiceNow administration, development, integration, workflows and custom applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to gather business requirements when working collaboratively with stakeholders.
    • strong documentation skills for technical design and instructions and an ability to adapt to the audience.
