- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules like Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CRM objects like business partners, products, pricing, campaigns, and contracts
- Knowledge of SAP CRM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Experience in ABAP development and debugging
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
