    We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a number of IT projects for our multinational mining company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
    • Change Management: Perform observations to capture hazards, incidents, and interactions with operational teams.
    • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change management plans.
    • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project team members and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Mining - IT Project Management experience.
    • Able to travel FIFO.
    • Proven experience in IT project management, change management, and business analysis.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in project management and Microsoft tools.
