    Job Title: Retail Manager

    In our pharmacy, you will work as part of a professional patient-centered team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career progression in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of staff to deliver exceptional customer care and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Train and supervise a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote the pharmacy and its services.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff scheduling.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Certificate II or III in Pharmacy.
    • At least 2 years' experience as a Retail Manager in a community pharmacy setting.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • The ability to motivate and train a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
