- have MINIMUM 12 months OR MORE (senior candidates welcome) legal administration/secretarial/assistant experience in a LAW FIRM;
- have had minimum 12 months experience in personal injury law (preferably CTP/motor accidents, workers compensation and/or TPD);
- are either a 'career' legal secretary/administrator OR if a law student (not due to be admitted for at least another 3-4 years);
- have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ communication and interpersonal skills [essential];
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
