Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact from staff regarding IT issues queries requests.
  • Troubleshoot network VOIP infrastructure issues liaise with suppliers.
  • Escalate unresolved critical matters within the Acumentis IT Team escalate to third party support teams where applicable.
