We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen/Bathroom Designer to join our collaborative and supportive team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize your specialist design expertise to create captivating kitchen, bathroom, and joinery designs, similar to our award-winning designers.
    • Apply basic knowledge of the building/renovation industry, especially in construction, trade requirements, and constraints.
    • Take accurate measurements, create designs, and present kitchen, laundry, and bathroom plans for unique projects.
    • Achieve or surpass KPIs and sales targets, with guidance from our dedicated Sales Manager.
    • Use computer software and tools for design and presentations, staying updated on industry trends and products.
    • Collaborate with site supervisors during site visits and installations, working alongside skilled professionals who prioritize quality.
    • Conduct site briefs at client residences in preparation for showroom presentations.
    • Deliver showroom presentations to clients using 3D software and displays.
    • Prepare proposals for clients, utilize sales skills to secure projects, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing their expectations in line with our commitment to outstanding customer service.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of design experience, specializing in kitchen/bathroom and/or other joinery forms.
    • Experience with 20-20 Design software is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Current driver's license.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, akin to our diverse and supportive team.
    • Competitive on-target earnings of $120k - $160k.
    • Full training and support provided for success in the role, with ongoing learning and development opportunities.
    • Inbound, high intent leads.
    • Brand new 400sqm showroom in Osborne Park.
    • Provision of work phone and computer.
    • Fuel allowance.
