We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player to join our JT Surf Harbour Town Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports/fashion and is eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.

The Role:

• Contribute to maintain a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members
• Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
• Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPI's
• Maintain high standards around the entire store operations including cleanliness and safety

Who you are:

• Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
• Able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
• Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
• Available to work late nights
• Available to work Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays
