: A position of IT System Administrator (ITO2) has become available within the Oracle E-Business Technical Support team. The role is required to manage systems administration activities related to the E-Business Suite, undertake full software life cycle of the development process and provide level 2 supports and deliverables in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

Knowledge of, or the proven ability to quickly learn an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform such as Oracle E-Business Suite is highly desirable.

Experience in using SQL to construct queries for data extraction from multiple database tables. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell scripting is highly desirable.

Ability to analyse issues related to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and provide technical support to the business.

Ability to undertake system analysis, specification, development, testing, documentation and reporting as required.

Understanding of Public Service values covering; the ACTPS values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation, while modelling behaviour consistent with the ACTPS Respect Equity and Diversity framework, and workplace health and safety principles and practices.

Current baseline security clearance or ability to obtain and hold a baseline security clearance is mandatory.
