    The BDA will be acros the Sales & Marketing Team, and is responsible for administration, coordination and delivering sales and marketing support for Trustees' corporate trustee and fund services offering.

    We have partnered with a leader in the Corporate Trust Sector looking for a BDA to join their team. The role will be reporting directly into the Funds Services Director.

    About the role:

    • Assist with regular review, update and maintenance of sales and new business activities across companies pipeline and CRM system – Zoho.
    • Coordination of external and internal scheduling meetings with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing and key stakeholders.
    • Administrative update and maintenance of records relating to sales leads, opportunities and mandates across system.
    • Coordinate, update and track sales deal life cycle across companies pipeline and CRM system.

    About you:

    • 1- 3 years experience in sales administration within the financial services.
    • An understanding and exposure to sales principles and client service practices.
