- Lead a range of business and technical stakeholder engagements to gather and translate their needs into detailed business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical specialists, including external vendors, to design and develop solutions that deliver the detailed business requirements.
- Develop functional and non-functional specifications, process models, data mapping, traceability matrices, and other supporting artefacts.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare testing material and facilitate testing activities with business and technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to project management activities, such as the development and presentation of project documentation and strategies to mitigate risks/issues.
- Work collaboratively with the Program and Project Managers, and support the broader objectives and outcomes of the program, including contribution to effective reporting.
- Other related activities to support the successful delivery of the program of work as required.
