The Conflicts & Compliance Manager will oversee various aspects of new business acceptance checks in APAC, including:
• Ensuring appropriate training and support are provided to the analyst team.
• Overseeing new business acceptance checks performed by the analysts to maintain consistent quality levels.
• Liaising with senior team members across regions (Manchester, London, Dubai) regarding resource allocation for effective management of workload fluctuations.

In terms of people management responsibilities:
• Liaise with Global Head Business Acceptance Team concerning recruitment/onboarding processes
