    Job Description & Summary

    With PwC, you'll ignite a meaningful career while being supported by a flexible working culture, innovative learning and development opportunities and progressive policies and benefits, such as 26 weeks paid parental leave for mums, dads and foster carers (no minimum service)

    What will you create?

    You'll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work.

    From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

    Organisations are increasingly embarking on their Oracle Cloud enabled transformation journeys which provide the opportunity to improve their processes and systems, but also introduce new risks.

    In parallel, the regulatory environment is becoming more complex and the responsibility on companies to stay on top of their risks is more than ever before.

    Our risk and controls advisory team sits in the Trust and Risk arm of our Assurance practice.

    The team combines the technical expertise, business process knowledge and regulatory experience to deliver and assure a strong Oracle Cloud controls environment.

    Trust and Risk bring this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience.

    As a Manager in our Enterprise Process Technology team your impact will be seen by:

    Managing Oracle security, segregation of duties and business process configurable controls design and implementation engagements;

    Reviewing and providing advice to clients on optimising and improving their ORacle supported business processes;

    Responsible for delivery of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) implementation projects;

    Conducting Pre / post implementation reviews of Oracle Cloud programs;

    Liaising directly with clients, managing junior team members and reporting to leaders on engagement progress and any challenges.

    About you

    You have deep assurance and implementation experience in Oracle security, controls and thorough understanding of supporting business processes.

    You have good knowledge of core Finance business processes that support Oracle Cloud ERP (O2C, P2P, R2R, System Administration) and substantial functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud solutions.

    You have a strong appreciation of the complexities and challenges that organisations face around the use of existing and emerging Oracle technology and how to solve them from strategy to execution.

    Preferably, you also have experience of implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud.

    Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Risk Assurance team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.

    You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.

    You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.

    Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
