- Train frontline workforce through infield one-on-one classroom or group delivery
- Uphold integrity in the assessment process Support front line leaders in closing critical capability gaps identified through gap analysis data.
- Support operators in their personal and career development plans Work in collaboration with OJTs for infield training in accordance with weekly training schedule
Support the Capability Development team's efforts in promoting a growth mindset culture across our operation while contributing towards the SPS vision.
