Our clinic in Mt Isa is currently seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is a casual on-call position working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will be working with a supportive team at the clinic's busy reception desk ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and customers.

Key accountabilities include:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception
Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect, and empathy
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
To be successful in this role you will have:
Ability to be flexible with working hours
Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
Strong customer service skills and experience
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Availability Required:
Fridays: Full day availability
Mondays: Afternoons
Wednesdays: Afternoons
Additional Availability: To cover sick leave or annual leave as needed
