    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to join a dynamic team within a prestigious educational institution. In addition to reception duties, this role also involves supporting team projects, community engagement activities, event management, and maintaining office supplies.     What you'll do:

    • Provide professional reception service for telephone enquiries and visitors
    • Respond to all routine inquiries in a timely manner
    • Support with team projects and community engagement activities
    • Maintain stationery and general office supplies
    • Assist with event management activities with various external clients
    • Supervise and provide routine assistance to students using the facilities

    What you bring:

    • Education, training or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of an associate diploma qualification
    • Proven success in providing high quality front-line customer services
    • Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to use large corporate systems
    • Ability to apply reasoning, judgement and analytical skills in resolving routine issues
