Lead Civil Engineer | Roading and small infrastructure

This is a consulting role but would suit someone who loves fixing engineering problems in the Victorian municipalities.

Hands on design (high level) and interaction with clients you'll already know at council.

There's a passionate and young team here, looking for guidance and seniority in their new Principal / Lead for Municipal Infrastructure / Roads, aka smaller projects.

It's not building civils, it's not land development and it's not highways design but you may have also done these types of projects in your past too. You've probably worked at council as well.

What is it then?
This is a Principal or 'Lead' role. You'll be familiar with how to do your job. In essence, you'll be:

• leading and coordinating the design and delivery of civil projects for councils
• liaising with councils across Victoria to obtain new work
• supporting the design team with mentoring and advice

You'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the civil discipline within this boutique consulting firm.

Is this right for you?
You'll need a degree in civil engineering, you'll be registered in Vic, you may have postgraduate qualifications in business, you'll know who's who at many councils and you will have consulting experience.

NER accreditation is essential and CPEng would be highly regarded.

Salary: $155k - $200k p/a plus Super. We are flexible. If you have experience that sits outside this, please get in touch ... everything is possible.
