    About the Role...

    As part of the National Service Delivery Centre based in Southport, the Service Delivery Officers will be responsible for accurate and timely administrative and processing activities required in meeting the contractual obligations.

    We have 3 divisions that are involved in the lifecycle of an apprenticeship training contract. A registrations team which would require the accurate lodgement and assessing of training contracts. A claims team - which ensuring information is accurate prior to processing incentives and loan payments. And a Delegations team - which handles state amendments to the Training contracts. We are looking for talented people in each area.

    This role is full time fixed term until September 2024 with no possibility of extension. This role is fully remote, working from home.
