    About the Opportunity

    The underground Beta Hunt Mine is a rare deposit hosting both gold and nickel resources. Located 600 km from Perth in Kambalda, Western Australia, this site offers a unique opportunity for career advancement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Mine Surveyor in providing survey requirements for underground and surface mine operations, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and Company Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
    • Gain experience in all areas of surveying, including data collection, exploration, planning, and operation.
    • Develop communication skills in dealing with technical service personnel and underground workers.
    • Gain proficiency in completing surface and underground survey tasks autonomously.
    • Clean and maintain survey equipment, including storing equipment and checking for damage and faults.

    Requirements

    • Tertiary survey qualification completion.
    • Mine site experience is not required but desirable.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • National Police Clearance (12 month validity).
