    Marketing Specialist
    • CRM & LAMA 12 month fixed term opportunity hasarisen for a Marketing Specialist
    • CRM & LAM to join our Bupa HealthServices team.
    This is a hybrid role, and you are wee to work fromhome or our CBD office location.

    Reporting to the General ManagerMarketing and Digital, Health Services, you will play a pivotal rolein elevating our customer engagement strategies for Bupa Dental andBupa Optical.

    Your primary focus will involve meticulously building,reviewing, and automating 1:1 customer journeys, coupled withimplementing targeted local area marketing initiatives.

    Embracing adynamic approach, you will continuously test and refine strategies,leading us towards the delivery of an exceptional and memorablecustomer experience.


    What will your day look like:

    Work with theSenior CRM Manager to develop, implement, and optimise CRM strategiesto enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for the HealthServices businesses Support the Senior CRM Manager to design, execute,and monitor targeted email, SMS, and offline line channels (directmail & contact centre).

    Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaignperformance metrics to continuously optimize for maximumeffectiveness. Grow an understanding of customer data to identifytrends, preferences, and opportunities for personalization.

    Work withinternal teams to leverage CRM data for cross-functional initiatives,and act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs andpreferences in decision-making processes.

    Work with the Senior CRMManager to implementprehensive customer lifecycle strategies,including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives.
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRMinitiatives and collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accuratemeasurement. Prepare regular reports and presentations tomunicatecampaign results, insights, and rmendations to internal stakeholders.

    Work with the Senior CRM manager to implement changes or optimisationsto CRM journeys and other technical experts to implement new CRM toolsacross the Health Services business.

    Manage all campaigns to deliveron agreed budgets and process invoices in a timely manner to ensuresuppliers are paid on time.

    What do I need? Bachelors degree in marketing businessormunications 5 + years marketing and or campaign delivery experienceacross CRM, marketing and digital integrated campaigns and theirongoing optimization, reporting and PIR delivery in aplex andregulated environment.

    Familiarity with CRM software platforms such asSalesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as proficiency in marketingautomation tools and email marketing platforms, is advantageous.

    Greatpeople skills to manage, cross-functional and external stakeholderrelationships. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability tosuccessfully operate in ambiguity. Ability to manage multiple projectsand deliver to a high standard on time and on budget. Are willing toroll your sleeves up and support the team in delivering meaningfulexperiences to our customers. Ability to write and assess copy forappropriate key messages and message hierarchy. Demonstrated abilityto use data to develop relevant insights and influence campaignoptimisation and decision making. Ability to draft project timingplans and then execute to them, manage invoicing and campaign budgetsto Bupa policy.
