Primary Objective:
This is part time position, staff will work under the guidance of the Senior Renal Access Nurse to provide a clear and efficient pathway in the coordinating the creation of the most suitable dialysis access for patients who will require renal replacement therapy.
The role will provide assistance in access assessment, monitoring and the organisation of surgical intervention when required along with providing accurate information and education to Top End Health Service staff and clients regarding renal access management.
