Customer Service Representative – Balcatta

Reports to: WA Branch Manager

At Davey Water Products, part of the Waterco Group, we're passionate about delivering innovative water solutions and exceptional service. With a proud history in the water industry, supporting the trade, hardware, building, and pool & spa sectors, we're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and high-performing Balcatta team.

This is a full-time, in-office role with no weekends, giving you a consistent weekday schedule and great work-life balance.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our dealers and trade partners, managing enquiries and orders with accuracy. You'll assist customers for both Waterco and Davey Water Products, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality customer experience in a busy wholesale distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to walk in/trade counter, phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism and a customer‑first approach
Use Salesforce to create and manage cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Process purchase orders with precision, ensuring details, pricing, and stock availability are correct
Provide expert support to Sales Teams and maintain strong product knowledge across pumps, filtration, and pool & spa equipment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end service experience
Participate in training programs to keep your product and system knowledge up to date

What You're Bringing

Customer service experience in sales support or order processing, ideally in wholesale distribution, water products, hardware, or building trades
Strong computer skills; experience with Epicor, Salesforce, or Pronto is a plus
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order handling
Excellent phone and email communication skills
Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving in a busy team environment
Team-oriented, organised, and reliable
Genuine desire to deliver exceptional service and willingness to learn and grow
