- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and financial targets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Implement effective project management methodologies, quality control processes, and risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and maximize project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide regular project status reports, including financial updates, to senior management and stakeholders.

The Company
New Venture are currently working with a privately owned, Sydney based Mechanical HVAC Contractor that have operated in the NSW market for over 25 years'. The company has a strong reputation amongst the established Tier II & III builders, working with repeat clients across projects within the commercial, education & retail sectors. They are currently seeking an ambitious HVAC Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
The position would see you managing anywhere from 1-3 projects at any one stage, reporting directly into the Managing Director. You will have a dedicated Site Supervisor across your projects, ensuring the support is there to help you to successfully deliver projects for the group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a HVAC Project Manager within the NSW construction sector although they are also happy to consider ambitious HVAC Supervisors/Site Managers looking to take the next step in their career.
The position does require the individual to have full working rights in the Australian market (PR/Citizen.)
