    We are currently seeking an organised and energised Administration Officer to join our team at Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home . Bethanie Peel is awarm and welcoming 50 bed facility set amongst landscaped gardens,with a secure area to safely and securely accommodate residentswith dementia or similar conditions.

    The role of Administration Officer offers diversity in dailytasks and lots of challenges, therefore we are looking for a'go-getter' with a passion for customer service and a'can do' attitude. You will have highly tunedadministration skills along with a genuine interest in the agedcare industry.

    In addition, you will also be willing to act in a front of houserole as a Concierge. In this role, you will assess vistors'needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a professionaland efficient manner.

    This position is on a permanent, full timebasis. Working days are Monday -Friday, 8:30am –4:30pm.

    About the Role:

  • Provide a customer-focused service for employees, residents, visitors and suppliers
  • Assist in the collection and recording of resident information related to expression of interest for admission to the aged care facility
  • Assist with all enquiries from families in regards residents
  • Ensure all telecommunications are answered and allocated to responsible persons
  • Be the face of Bethanie Peel and promote the Bethanie mission
  • Ensure cleanliness of front counter area
  • About You:

  • You have proven experience with the administration of rosters
  • Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
