    CNC Machine Operator/Machinist

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator/Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, monitoring machine operations, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, inspecting finished products, and adhering to safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced according to quality standards.
    • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist or similar role.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

    Desired Experience:

    • Previous experience in operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Salary: $74,000 – $85,000 annually (AUD).

    Vacation Location:

    • City: Perth.
    • State: Western Australia.
    • Country: Australia.

    Australia Visa:

    • Sponsored working visa class 482.
    • 2 year visa, extendable.
    • Metal Machinist (First Class) 323214 MLTSSL.
    • Subsequent entrant visa for family. (generally, after 6 months work)
    • A pathway to PR. Permanent Residency. (Depending on age and English level)
    • An IELTS score of 5,5,5,5 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.

    Certificates needed:

    • A TRA Skills-Assessment certificate will be needed.
    • Skills Assessment authority for Machinists is Trades Recognition Australia (TRA). (We can assist with this if needed.)

    Future requirements:

    • After a pre-screening interview, If we are interested in connecting you to a client for a work-place interview, then we would first need:
      • Video's showing skill-set/work . (in a google-drive shared folder)
      • Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity
      • Police clearance
    • There is NO show-money needed when applying for a working visa to Australia.
