    Our client specializes in industrial remediation services and asset preservation solutions across various industries, including infrastructure, mining, marine, defense, and commercial sectors.

    About the Role:

    • Ensure project execution aligns with approved plans, procedures, and quality requirements.
    • Maintain compliance with internal and client-specific quality standards for blasting and painting activities.
    • Meet technical, safety, and environmental obligations, upholding best practices.
    • Contribute to task planning, risk assessments, and regular audits to uphold quality standards.
    • Inspect materials and review documentation to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Identify and report non-conformance issues, recommending corrective actions and monitoring resolution timelines.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • NACE CIP 2 certification is mandatory.
    • Experience in marine, asset remediation, and infrastructure projects, particularly in blasting, painting, and concrete rehabilitation.
    • Solid understanding of coatings, surface preparation, hazardous materials management, and application techniques.
    • Hands-on experience with quality systems, including ITPs and QA/QC coordination.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
