Accounts Payable - Unley, Australia - Randstad

My Medical client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PT or FT Accounts Payable Officer to join their Head Office in Unley. Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, this role is responsible for processing payments in their finance systems.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Liaising with hospitals regarding bank reconciliation queries
• Accounts Payable invoice processing
• Accounts Payable supplier statement and account reconciliations
• Accounts Payable payment processing

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role paying accounts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Experience working within a multi cost centre environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and computerised accounting systems
