    Description

    Individual Accountabilties

  • Assisting Project Managers in coordination of project activities including scheduling, documentation and invoicing
  • Maintenance of ERP system
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that the project objectives are being met
  • Prepare and distribute POs, tracking deliverables and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and builders ensuring products are dispatched and projects completed within the specified time frames.
  • Assist Project Managers with various tasks and duties
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Preferably have some experience in project administration
  • Highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to detail and able to self-review
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and Accounting Systems
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Eager to learn with an interest in project management
  • Experience and strong focus on customer service
