    Position Description

    • Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations to deliver high-quality cuisine.
    • Develop innovative menus and dishes that showcase local produce and culinary creativity.
    • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Full kitchen autonomy across menu design and kitchen layout.

    Position Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and menu development and costings.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on service delivery.
    • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
