- NORWEST LOCATION
- PART TIME / 2 – 3 DAYS
- DIVERSE PAYROLL CLIENTS
- Manage the end-to-end payroll function for a portfolio of clients
- End of month and annual reporting
- Oversee the processing of Workers' Compensation payments
- Calculation and payment of superannuation, group tax and payroll tax plus annual returns
- Calculation of long service, annual and sick leave
- Assist with sales commission calculations and loading into payroll
- Preparation / management of termination calculations and payments plus new starters
- Communicate with external tax regulatory bodies
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of organisation's payroll
- Extensive experience within a similar role – you have experience working within an accounting firm managing a portfolio of clients and have an in-depth understanding of the payroll function and processes
- Exceptional communication skills – you are articulate and approachable and enjoy being the contact person for your clients
- The kinds of personality that really enjoys working in a team environment yet you're also someone who works independently
- The desire to take on a part time role, close to home – This role is ideally 2-3 days a week based in the office
