    Responsibilities:

    • Drive team development and foster an engaging high-performance team culture.

    • Shape the sales strategyand customer experience in line with our ambitious goals.
    • Collaborate with operational and functional teams to create seamless customer journeys from the first display home visit to handover.

    Requirements:

    • Proven sales experience is essential, with a minimum of five (5) years working with a volume residential builder.
    • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
    • A strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and performance
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team of ten (10) or more.
    • Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry guidelines
    • Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership and coaching skills
    • Well versed using CRM tools and using data to inform decision-making.
